PRICE

To find the price for your stay, please select the dates you would like on the calendar above. The minimum stay is 4 days and we offer a 25% discount for a week booking, which is automatically calculated. The price quoted for your stay is all inclusive there are no additional charges e.g. booking or credit/debit card fees and we do not ask for any seasonal fuel supplement. There is a £250 cleaning charge at the end of the stay. We have a refundable damage deposit of £500 which is returned within 7 days of departure.

 

BOOKINGS

Must be made online through our website www.solariega.co.uk. When booking a 25% non-refundable deposit will be due, on receiving the deposit we will confirm the booking by email.

 

PAYMENT

Must be made online through our website www.solariega.co.uk. The remainder of the payment balance will be due 8 weeks before the start date for your stay.

 

LAST MINUTE

Bookings made 8 weeks or less before the start date for your stay will require payment for the full amount at the time of booking.

 

DIRECTIONS

We shall send the address details, directions and GPS details for Casa Solariega once we receive the payment balance in full.

 

KEYS

Details of key collection will be sent once the payment balance is received in full.

 

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

On the day of arrival the house will be available from 4PM and on the day of departure we ask that you to vacate the house by 10AM. This allows us to thoroughly clean the complex, and carry out any maintenance before the arrival of the next guests.

 

BEDDING & TOWELS

Will be provided for all guests with the exception of cots, we ask that you bring your own bedding for infants staying in the cots

 

INFANT EQUIPMENT

Please let us know at the time of booking if you require the travel cot or high chair and we will ensure they are setup for your arrival.

 

PARKING

Casa Solariega has gated parking for multiple cars.

 

ACCESS

Most of the ground floor of the complex is accessible for people with mobility limitations. Unfortunately there is no lift or ramp to access the upper floor which has the two bed apartment called Miro, and the upper terraces. This makes it extremely challenging for those with mobility limitations. However we would be more than happy to discuss further by phone or email the layout and facilities of the facilities to help make your decision on suitability before booking.

 

PETS

We do allow pets in the complex, but it must be pre-arranged and discussed with us as there are certain conditions.

 

GROUPS

We do not take all male groups
